We want every Nature Lane order to feel thoughtful from start to finish. If something is not quite right, please reach out and we'll review your request with care.

Our Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. We recommend opening your order soon after it arrives so we can help promptly if anything needs attention.


What’s Eligible

Unopened, unused items in their original packaging are usually eligible for a refund to the original payment method.

For safety and hygiene, opened skincare products generally cannot be returned unless there is an issue with the product itself.

If you tried a product and it was not the right fit, please reach out. We’re happy to review the situation and help with the kindest available option, which may include product guidance, an exchange, store credit, or another appropriate solution.


Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box so we can review the issue quickly and make it right.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email or message us with your order number and the item or items you would like help with.
  2. Tell us whether the item is unopened, damaged, incorrect, or simply not the right fit.
  3. We’ll review your request and reply with next steps.
  4. If a return is approved, pack the item securely, using the original packaging when possible.
  5. We’ll confirm by email once your return is received and processed.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received, please allow 2–3 business days for inspection and processing.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers typically take 3–5 business days to post funds after a refund is issued.

If a return is not eligible for a refund, we’ll contact you to discuss available options, such as an exchange, store credit, or product guidance where appropriate.


Exchanges

If you love Nature Lane but would prefer a different item, we’re happy to help with an exchange when the product is eligible and the replacement item is in stock.

If the item you want is out of stock, we may offer store credit so you can choose something else when it becomes available.


Gifts

If you received Nature Lane as a gift, please contact us with the order details if available.

When eligible, we can help with store credit or an exchange.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items not in their original condition, unless damaged or defective
  • Opened skincare products, unless there is an issue with the product itself

We follow health and safety standards for cosmetic and skincare products.
