Are Nature Lane products made with organic ingredients?

Are your products fragrance-free?
Our formulas are designed to be gentle and simple, without added synthetic fragrance. Always review the ingredient list on each product page if you are avoiding a specific ingredient or scent source.
Do you use essential oils?
Our baby-care approach is intentionally simple and gentle. If a product contains an essential oil or aromatic botanical, it will be listed in the ingredient list. Please review each product page before use, especially for newborns or sensitive skin.
What does “mom-made, chemist-formulated” mean?
Nature Lane was created by a mom with a background in biotechnology and organic chemistry. That means each formula is developed with both real family routines and ingredient-level care in mind.

Are your products vegan?

Are Nature Lane products safe for newborns?

How should I patch test a product?
Apply a small amount to a limited area of skin and wait 24 hours before broader use. If redness, discomfort, or irritation appears, stop use and contact a healthcare professional if needed.
What should I do if irritation occurs?
Stop using the product and gently cleanse the area with water. If irritation persists, worsens, or involves broken skin, contact your pediatrician or healthcare professional.
Can I use Nature Lane products for eczema, diaper rash, or other skin conditions?
Nature Lane products are cosmetic care products for gentle daily routines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. For eczema, persistent diaper rash, open skin, infection, or any medical concern, please contact your pediatrician.
How do I use Organic Diaper Balm?
Apply a thin, even layer to clean, dry skin during diaper changes as part of your regular diapering routine. Use as needed to help create a soft moisture barrier.
Is Organic Diaper Balm a medicated rash cream?
No. Organic Diaper Balm is a non-medicated balm for daily diaper-area care and moisture-barrier support. For persistent rash, severe redness, open skin, or signs of infection, contact your pediatrician.
Can I use Organic Diaper Balm with cloth diapers?
Cloth diaper materials and washing routines vary. If you use cloth diapers, check your diaper manufacturer’s guidance and consider using a liner if you are concerned about oils, butters, or waxes transferring to fabric.
How do I use Organic Nipple Balm?
Apply a small amount after feeding, pumping, or whenever skin feels dry. A little goes a long way. Follow your healthcare provider’s or lactation consultant’s guidance for your specific feeding routine.
Do I need to wipe off Organic Nipple Balm before nursing?
Feeding routines are personal, and guidance can vary. Many parents prefer to apply balm after feeding and gently remove any visible excess before the next feeding. Follow the advice of your healthcare provider or lactation consultant.
How do I use Organic Baby Oil?
Apply a small amount to damp skin after bath time or use during gentle baby massage. Avoid the eye area, use only as directed, and stop use if irritation occurs.
How do I use Gentle Baby Wash?
Use a small amount with warm water during bath time, then rinse well. Avoid direct contact with eyes. For external use only.
Orders, Shipping & Discounts
Where do you ship?
Nature Lane currently ships within the United States only.
How long does order processing take?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time usually process the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Eastern Time usually process the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
What shipping options do you offer?
Nature Lane offers Standard Shipping and Express Shipping within the United States. Current shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and on the Shipping page.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Nature Lane offers free standard shipping on orders of $20 or more.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take a few hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We move quickly, so changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once order processing begins.
What should I do if my package says delivered but I cannot find it?
Check around your delivery area, with neighbors, and for any carrier notice. Sometimes carriers mark packages delivered slightly early. If your package still has not arrived after 1–2 business days, contact us with your order number and we will help you look into it.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and product. We will review the issue and help make it right.
How does Bundle & Save work?
Add any 3 eligible products to your cart and save 15%. You can choose 3 of the same product, or mix and match eligible products. The discount applies automatically in cart when the bundle requirements are met.
Do I have to buy 3 different products to get the bundle discount?
No. You can buy 3 of the same eligible product, or mix different eligible products. For example, 3 Diaper Balms can qualify if Diaper Balm is eligible for the promotion.
Do you offer a first-order discount?
Yes. Nature Lane currently offers 10% off your first order. Current offer details are shown on the site and at checkout.
Can I combine the first-order discount with Bundle & Save?
The first-order discount is not combinable with Bundle & Save. It can be combined with free shipping when the order qualifies for free shipping. If checkout promotion rules change, the final discount shown at checkout controls.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return window?
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. We recommend opening your order soon after it arrives so we can help promptly if anything needs attention.
Are opened products returnable?
For safety and hygiene, opened skincare products generally cannot be returned unless there is an issue with the product itself. If something is not right, please contact us and we will review your situation with care.
What items are usually eligible for return?
Unopened, unused items in their original packaging are usually eligible for return if the request is made within the return window.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Contact us with your order number and the item or items you would like to return or exchange. We will reply with next steps.
How long do refunds take?
Once an approved return is received and inspected, please allow 2–3 business days for processing. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, and banks may take additional time to post the funds.
Do you offer exchanges?
If the item is eligible and the replacement product is in stock, we can help with an exchange. If the item is out of stock, we may offer store credit or another available option.
What if I received Nature Lane as a gift?
Contact us and we will help review the best available option, such as store credit where appropriate.
